Delete account & Data Removal
Delete your Timey account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the Timey mobile application, or submit a deletion request to our support team without needing the app installed.
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)
Fastest method — deletes your account and data immediately from within the app

Open the Timey App
Launch the Timey application on your iOS or Android device.

Go to Account Settings
Open the side menu or tap your profile avatar to navigate to your Account page.

Tap "Delete account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap the Delete Account button.

Confirm Deletion
Type "DELETE" in the confirmation dialog to confirm. Your account, profile credentials, and preferences will be permanently erased immediately.
Option 2: Web & Email Deletion Request
For users who uninstalled the app or cannot access their mobile device
If you no longer have access to the Timey mobile app, you can submit a manual account and data deletion request directly to our support team. We process all valid deletion requests within 30 days.
How to submit your request:
Send an email to [email protected]
Use the subject line: "Timey Account Deletion Request"
Send the email from the email address registered with your Timey account (or provide your registered email and Order ID if tickets were purchased) to verify ownership.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
Transparency on what data is deleted and what must be retained by law

Removed immediately or within 30 days upon request
Account profile, display name, and registered email address
Authentication sessions, tokens, and third-party login linkages
Saved favorite transit lines, routes, and customized stops
Push notification tokens, active service alert subscriptions, and search history
Statutory Retention & Exceptions
Mandatory compliance under applicable laws
Accounting & Tax Records: If you purchased transit tickets or paid services, transaction invoices and financial records are retained for the mandatory statutory period (up to 5 years) in accordance with Latvian and European Union commercial accounting and tax regulations. These records are strictly archived and never used for marketing.
Diagnostic Logs: Aggregated, anonymized diagnostic crash logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics are automatically purged according to standard retention policies (up to 90 days).
